Honestly I don’t expect the episodes to be exactly like in the books but come on they can’t change the fact that eric and sookie are staying together because they are eliminating a huge part of the saga of Mrs. Harris and changing the course not only of the series but also of the future books and I think the author would have some disagreements with the producers

Alan Ball obviously has a hard-on for Beel… And it pisses me off. The books are supposed to be based on the books, and I know he’s gotten permission to change things and all but changing the three main characters.. to me that’s wrong. Dunno about y’all though..

@omnibus01 I’m well aware of the fact that this isn’t Twilight. I was simply stating a fact about how the show is more pro Bill then the books actually are. I’m not the first to use the term “Team” when referring to the characters of Bill or Eric on the show and I’m sure I won’t be the last.
Everyone seriously has to stop deviating from the point. The point is not that Eric is better than Bill or vice versa, even though to me, obviously Eric’s character is much more fulfilling. The truth of the matter is, if the books became so famous in the first place, that they decided to make a series of it, you don’t go around changing the ESSENTIAL story line because what you’re doing is losing fans; and by this I mean, Alan Ball is not doing such a hot job with this season.

@ClownFallsDown because people want to know “what” sookie is. It was stated in an earlier season, and in a previous episode this season that her grandfather was the same as her. So now you know why here grandfather was the same as her as well.

he was consumed with hate towards lorena because she had once again taken away his freedom, home, and humanity, and to leave sook to save her life. even though Lorena wanted Bill to make love to her — and somehow seemed to enjoy him TWISTING HER HEAD 180 DEGREES TO FACE AWAY FROM HIM — it’s clear he was doing it to hurt her. That’s why when she said, “Oh William, I still love you” with a bloodied grin on her face, all he could do was scream.
@asdej100 well the disney’s “the little mermaid” is changed completely compare to it’s original story, and it got some great reviews for that, even an oscar nomination for best motion picture

@KelseyAdams901 no because the storyline is more of a bill/sookie thing, and if sookie ends up with eric at the end of the series, it just won’t add up cuz those two are the main characters of the show, but hey whatever i have faith in the writers of the show
